Instructions for Architectural Review:
- Complete the ARC application below or it can also be found at form.jotform.com/203135659967164
- Attach a plat/survey of your property.
- Attach any plans, pictures, color swatches, etc that describe the work to be done.
- Make sure to hit Submit when you are done completing the form.
- Complete new online ARC application. An email will be sent out automatically letting you know you application was received.
- All ARC members receive the application for review
- An ARC member may contact you to do an external inspection of your property
- ARC normally responds within 30 days of application. You will receive an email with a completed copy of your application.
- When the work is completed, please contact the ARC (arc@shakerwoods.org) to do a final inspection of the work to keep the files updated and complete.
